Budget Administration is a part of the Division of Finance and Administration and is under the direction of Mrs. Pauline Thomas, Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration. The primary functions of this office are to provide budgetary support services to various departments.

The Budget Office is responsible for collecting, assembling, analyzing and reporting on budget matters and provides funds availability checks as an internal control mechanism for the budgets.
