UAPB-TV 24 is a unique, leading edge technolgy breakthrough in mass media. Our cable television channel, which reaches approximately 35,000 viewers in the Pine Bluff community is providing the public with information and entertainment not seen or heard before now! From tape-delayed and live sporting events to discussions on health care issues, to presentations on resources available on campus and in the community, UAPB-TV 24 has it all! Recent programming has included : coverage of UAPB football and women's volleyball games, college fraternity and sorority pagents, political debates, features on campus departments and personnel, as well as community-based outreach campaigns. Twenty four hours per day, seven days per week, UAPB-TV 24 is providing unique programming to the Delta.

Technology is the driving force behind this new phenomenon. Our channel is broadcast over the UAPBnet IP Network, which means no need for a tape machines, and in many cases master control operators. All programs are digitally encoded and programmed to play on out network. This network is pushed out to the cable system via fiber optic cable. The result is a truly digital signal, capable of going anywhere in the world.

Soon, UAPB-TV 24 will expand its coverage area through agreements with cable companies all over the state and region. Look for UAPB-TV coming soon to a TV near you!
