Media Request Guidelines

How you and I can get the most from relations with the media!

Guidelines:
  1. Requests for releases to the electronic and print media should be submitted to Public and Media Relations at least 10 working days prior to the event.
  2. If speakers are involved, resumes, and photographs should be submitted with the proposed released.
  3. Be sure to include/list immediate supervisors, sponsors and/or funding entities

  5. Call Mrs. Arnold at 575-8946 if you have questions about Media services.
  6. Preferably all media contacts should be routed through Media Relations at extension 8946.
  7. If you have developed relations with or know of Media interested in the activities in which you engage, please let us know so that we may add them to our database.
