Technical Services is committed to offering the most helpful service to our customers and respond in a timely matter.  However to achieve this task we take this opportunity to remind you that it’s more convenient to report a computer problem, request software installation, request an account, or any services that Technical Services offer by submitting a TS Job Request.   Users can submit and track job request quickly and easily online using the TS Job Request using your Windows Logon and password.
