Note: Please be mindful that WebAdvisor sessions time out after 30 (thirty)
minutes.
Do not use the back arrow key of your browser while entering grades.
- On the UAPB Main page click on the tab entitled E-LIONnet. This will take you to a page with a link to WebAdvisor
- On the Main Menu select ‘Log In’.
- Enter your User Name and Password, Submit.
Note: If you are having difficulty, please select the Username/Password
link for instructions.
- In the Term box select the down arrow key.
- Select the term you wish to grade, Submit.
- In the “Final or Midterm/Intermediate Grading” box select the down arrow key.
- Choose F for Final grades, M for Midterm grades, or I for Intermediate grades.
- Under “Choose One” column select the class to enter grades, and Submit.
- When the Roster appears enter the grades, if you have a student with a grade of I then you must also enter the date. Please enter the date specified by the Registrar’s office, for example, if an I is received in Spring ’07 then the date you enter will be ‘12/31/07”. Continue entering grades until you have entered all your grades, Submit.
- When all grades are entered, you should receive a screen that display that all grades are processed, else check the screen to if a message displays. Make proper corrections if prompted, else contact Technical Services.
- To double check your grade report:
- Click on the menu button
- Follow steps 3 and 5 through 9
- You can print your grades by clicking on the printer icon or select file then print then OK
- If you have more than one class to enter grades you can continue by selecting the Menu button and following steps 3, then 5 to 11.
