TITLE IX (Everfi) TRAINING AND INFORMATION 

When can I start the training?
The system is reset each year but you can begin August 1, 2016. 

How do I log-in to my Everfi account?
Go to uapb.edu and in the top right-hand corner click on myUAPB, use your uapb credentials to sign in, which is the same information used to log-on to your computer. Once you have logged in the portal go the launch pad, click on the tab the reads "Everfi for Faculty/Staff," the screen will that reads "Register" and your name will appear.  Just answer the questions, click the "I agree to the terms of service," and click next.  The course screen "Haven for Faculty and Staff" will appear, click on the "Get Started" tab. 

How long does the training take?
Part I – should take approximately 45-60 minutes.
Part II – should take approximately 5- 15 minutes.

What score do I have to make to pass?
You need to achieve a 70% or higher to pass.

How can I check my progress? 
Follow the same instructions to log-in but when the "Haven for Faculty and Staff" screen will appear click "Course Progress," the history of your work will appear with an option to print. 

As a new employee, when do I have to take the Title IX training?
All new employee are required to take the training within the first 30days of employment. 

I am not a new employee but I have not taken the training.
If you did not take the training in the Spring of 2016 please use the instructions listed above to complete the training. 

Do Extra-Help and student workers (not work study) need to complete the employee training?
Yes, but they must use a different e-mail address from the one used when they registered as a student, there is also a different registration code; please follow the instructions listed above.
