Youth Motivation Task Force (YMTF) Program
YMTF was designed to motivate minority students to excel to the best of their abilities and to encourage them to explore their career options. The program consists of classroom visitations, career development workshops, remote radio broadcasts, local high school visits and assembly programs featuring national speakers that have included judges, congressmen, chief executive officers and other top corporate officials from Fortune 500 companies. YMTF consultants work collaboratively with Career Services' staff to achieve the goal of helping students realize the importance of preparing for successful entry into the real world of work. YMTF is funded by contributions of corporations and agencies who recruit University of Arkansas Pine Bluff students. The date for YMTF 2024 is March 3- March 5, 2024.
