The Lamplighter Campaign
The University Museum and Cultural Center, established in the Spring of 2005, is self supporting and depends solely on grants and contributions of donors. The Lamplighter Campaign has been established to provide additional financial support for the creation of new exhibits, printing of brochures and catalogs, and the building of an endowment which will provide long term support for the museum.
The purpose of the Museum and Cultural Center is to collect, preserve, and celebrate the rich history of the University and Arkansas Delta. It is the aim of the center to inform and educate and general public about the legacy of this venerable institution and he significant events and accomplishments of the people of the Delta through exhibits, forums, collections, and other educational programs.
