Business Procedures Manual
The mission of the Division of Finance and Administration is to manage the University’s finances with integrity and accountability and to put together a team of dedicated, enthusiastic, energetic individuals to carry out the mission of the Division.
The Finance and Administration Procedures Manual is intended to serve as a reference tool which documents proper policies and procedures required by various offices within the Division of Finance and Administration. The manual is organized so that each major activity within Finance and Administration (excluding the Physical Plant) has a section devoted to its functions. The Finance and Administration Procedures Manual is intended to comply with and supplement existing State Statutes, and Board of Trustees policies.
