University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff

In an effort to appreciate those that demonstrate outstanding customer service, Interim Chancellor Dr. Calvin Johnson sought to initiate a series of annual awards to recognize and reward faculty excellence in four specified areas of performance: teaching, research or creative endeavors, professional and public service; and customer service.

 

Recognition is awarded at the University level and consists of: a cash gift of $1,000 for the winner in the teaching ; a cash gift of $1,000 each for the winner in research or creative endeavors; a cash gift of $1,000 for the winner in professional and public service, and a cash gift of $1,000 for the winner in customer service. The winners will be announced at a special ceremony at the end of the spring semester.
