University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff

Congratulations on your admission to the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB). We are pleased that you have chosen to pursue your educational goals at UAPB, and we are excited to have you join the UAPB family.

To assist you in making the transition to college life, University College and the Department of Basic Academic Services provide new student orientation. Attendance at orientation is your first step toward getting off to a good start, and it is required of all new students.

Orientation for both new and transfer students will consist of a series of informational sessions involving financial matters/management, residential services, student accounts, academic engagement,  student life, social engagement and emergency management.

Several sessions of Early Payment, Testing and Registration are also provided during the summer.  These sessions are designed to allow students to complete assessment, financial aid arrangements, advising and registration prior to the beginning of the fall semester.
