1. Log into WebAdvisor 2. Click on Students > Financial Info 3. Select myUAPB Card Consent Form 4. Select the radio button that says I Agree and click Submit 5. Go to the Public Safety Office (Reeker Street) to have your photo taken and your card processed 6. Activate your card (included in your welcome kit once you recieve your card) If your OneCard is lost or stolen and it is AFTER regular business hours (8a-5p | M-F): Log onto your OneCard Money Network® account or call Customer Service at (800) 822-4283 and report your card lost/stolen (This is only if you have activated the OneCard Money Network® account). If your OneCard is lost or stolen DURING regular business hours (8a-5p | M-F): 1. Report it to Campus Police (870) 575-8102. 2. Log onto your OneCard Money Network® account or call Customer Service at (800) 822-4283 and report your card lost/stolen (This is only if you have activated the OneCard Money Network® account). NOTE: OneCards reported lost or stolen will be deactivated, and it only takes seconds to deactivate your account. All purchases debited to the account prior to notification are the responsibility of the cardholder. Upon notification a replacement card can then be issued for $15.
