Dear UAPB Family,

We hope that you are following the Centers for Disease Control’s directives for staying safe. During this complicated time please remember to take care of your mental health as well as your physical health. In the words of Winston Churchill, “We shall not fail or falter; we shall not weaken or tire. Neither the sudden shock of battle, nor the long-drawn trials of vigilance and exertion will wear us down. Give us the tools, and we will finish the job.” We’ve compiled a list of tools so that you can face life with more equanimity. While we required to maintain social distance. Please know that you are not alone, UAPB is in Pine Bluff but Golden Lion Nation is everywhere!

Be well and Stay Safe,

Janet P. Broiles
