UAPB to offer scholarships to study abroad at Chinese universities

Starting in the summer semester of the 2015-2016 academic year, students at UAPB will be able to study abroad in China as part of an agreement between the Chinese government and a list of other historically black colleges and universities. MORE

James E. Tillman Sr., regional conservationist for the Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), will deliver the S.A. Haley Memorial Lecture at the 59th annual Rural Life Conference, Friday, Feb. 27, at the Pine Bluff Convention Center. Dr. Ann M. Bartuska, deputy under secretary for research, education and economics at the U. S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), will be the luncheon speaker. MORE
