Where Do I Get My UAPB ID made?

At UAPB Police Department.

Where is the UAPB Police Department located?

1900 Reeker Street, Pine Bluff, Arkansas or call 870-575-8104 during business hours (M-F from 8AM to 5PM, CST).

What do I need to get a UAPB ID?

You must have registered for a current term at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff (UAPB)

Proof of registration to present to the UAPB Police Department

What do I do if my ID Card will not open the door to my residence Hall?

If your UAPB ID does not work to open the exterior door of the residence hall you should: Visit Residential Services at 1901 Reeker Street, Pine Bluff, Arkansas during business hours (M-F from 8AM to 5PM, CST) or Call or stop by the front desk at your residential hall (open evenings and weekends)

Will my UAPB ID Card expire?

Your Card is Valid as long as you are affiliated with the University.  It does not need to be renewed each year.  If there is a change in status (EXAMPLE: From undergraduate to graduate, name change, etc.) then a new card must be issued.

What happens if my UAPB ID stops working?

A $15 fee will be charged to replace a lost, or stolen or non-functioning card.

Can my Friends use my UAPB ID Card?  

No. Your UAPB ID is yours to use only.  If a person is caught using someone else’s UAPB ID, the ID will be confiscated.  This is to safeguard any value that may be on the card.

Can someone pick up my ID Card for me?

No. The Cardholder named on the card must be the one who picks up the UAPB ID Card.

What Can I Use myUAPB ID Card For?

It is used for various functions and events, for meal plans, to gain access to the fitness center, for access to the dorm, for entering games, receiving Financial Aid disbursements.  If you are a part of the Money Network, it can be used as a Discover or MasterCard.

Need something copied or printed?

You can use your UAPB ID card to pay for printing and copying services at John Watson Memorial Library.

I was an undergraduate at UAPB but now I want to register as a grad.  Do I need a new UAPB ID Card ?

Yes. Your first graduate card is free. 

How do I check my Money Network Debit account balance?

Call the 1-800 number on the back of your card and choose balance inquiry or login to your Money Network account on the web at www.moneynetworkedu.com.

How do I activate my Money Network Debit UAPB ID Card?

Call the 1-800 number on the back of your card to activate the Money Network account. You will follow voice prompts to enter the card number, your birthday, and select your PIN.

How do I get my PIN?

Call the 1-800 number on the back of your card to activate the Money Network account. You will follow voice prompts to enter the card number, your birthday, and select your PIN.

What do I do if I forgot my PIN?

Call Money Network Customer Service.  That 1-800 number is on the back of your card.

How do I know if I’ve already signed up for Electronic Refunds?

On Web Advisor, select student then MyUAPB Card Consent. If the box for “I choose to withhold my consent” remains unchecked, you are signed up to receive an eRefund on your UAPB ID Card.

How do I know if my refund has been deposited to my UAPB ID card?

Check your Money Network account balance by calling the 1-800 number on the back of your card or by logging into your Money Network account online at www.moneynetworkedu.com.  Disbursements are usually available by noon on refund day.

How do I find a free ATM?

On the web, visit the Allpoint Locator at http://locator.allpointnetwork.com.  Select any city to find the locations nearest you. Download the Money Network app to access nearby ATM's that are surcharge free.

How do I use the free Money Network Checks?

Money Network Checks can be used to pay bills, such as rent and utilities.  You can also write a Check to yourself and cash it for free at participating Walmart Money Centers.  Money Network Checks must be activated before they can be used.  The Checks include detailed instructions for activation.

Can I transfer money from my Money Network Debit account?

Yes, you can use your Money Network Debit account like any other banking account.

How do I deposit money in my Money Network Debit account?

In addition to having your student funds from the College disbursed to your Account, you can add money directly from other jobs, government benefits or other bank accounts.  To learn more about this Reloadable option, call Money Network Customer Service at 1-800-822-4283.
