FAQ’s for Title IX training (the initial email will have multiple courses assignments)

Who must complete training?
Full-time, part-time, extra help, and student workers.

How do I know when to start my training?
You will receive an email communication with the course information included. (see sample)

Which browser do I use?
Chrome

How will I know which courses to take?
The email communication will list the courses, the number of days until the course should be completed, due date, length of course, and status.

How do I log into the training software?
In the initial email communication, you will click on the link provided and use your UAPB log-on and password information.

How long are the courses?
The courses vary in length.

Do I have to take all the training at once?
No, you can start and stop at your leisure, but all training must be completed by the due date. 

Is there a quiz?
Yes, each course has a knowledge-based quiz at the end.

Do I have to make a certain score on the quiz?
Yes, 80% is considered an acceptable score for mastering the information content.

Will I receive a certificate for completing the course(s)?
Yes, select “Get a certificate of completion,” this will open the certificate, then right click on your mouse and select the print options.

How do I move to the next course?
Click on the 'house' icon on the left side of the page to view all course information assigned to you.

Do I have access to my training information?
Yes, use your UAPB log-on information to access your training information 24/7 at http://uapb.ar.safecolleges.com/login

Does the software have ADA accessibility?
Yes, closed caption, audio, provide transcripts, etc., but if you need assistance please contact the campus ADA Coordinator at ext. 8402.
