What should I bring?
- Comfortable clothing (Arkansas is warm during this time of year)
- A parent or guardian
- Important documents (transcript, immunization
records). If you’ve received a letter concerning the event, then all
requirements have been satisfied. You can, however, go through the
checklist to be sure.
Who will I meet/hear from?
You will meet representatives from Financial Aid, Basic
Academic Services, Housing and more to learn about UAPB and how to
navigate your collegiate career. You'll also have a chance to meet Deans
and Departmental Chairpersons to explore the majors available.
Where can I stay during orientation?
You can stay with your parent or guardian in area hotels
until the date dormitories open (August 19). If you have any questions about housing, call Residential Life at (870) 575-7256.

Official ACT or SAT Test Scores (Minimum ACT Composite Score of 15 or SAT equivalent)
Final Official High School Transcript showing graduation date (Official
high school transcripts must have at least a 2.00 grade point average
on a 4.00 scale and 22 completed college prep high school units)
