The Student Success Center helps support UAPB students as they transition to college by providing solutions to students needs that improve academic success, increase retention, and encourage persistence to graduation.
There are currently two Living Learning Centers on campus: the Harrold Complex and the Delta Housing Complex. Each center has study rooms, computer labs, and scheduled tutoring sessions.
Serving students who need help in English, Reading, and Math through peer and group tutoring. Students will attend all classes, student success workshops, and work with other faculty, staff, mentors, and advisors.
The Learning Institute and Opportunities for New Students (LIONS) is a five-week residential summer program helping students admitted to UAPB successfully transition to freshman year.
The Office of Enrollment Management will assist incoming transfer students.
