Financial aid must first be applied toward tuition, fees, and room and board and other approved charges. A student may use any remaining credit balance, after payment for charges is considered, for the purchase of books and supplies during the first two weeks of each semester beginning not later than one day before each regular registration period. These funds are made available on the student’s MyUAPB card. Deadline dates for use of the card are posted in the Follette bookstore (located on campus) each semester and on the Student Financial Services electronic bulletin board. Any charges not covered by the bookstore credit must be paid by the student. If there is not a credit balance available to a student, any purchases of books and supplies will be the responsibility of the student.
